Plain terms for a plain app.

The agreement
Sayfa is provided by Aykut Bal, Ankara, Türkiye. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you got Sayfa from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence (the Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement) also applies, and where the two conflict about the app itself, Apple’s governs.
What you can count on
- Sayfa works without an account. An account is optional and adds backup and sync.
- Your log is yours. We claim no rights over anything you enter, and you can export or delete it at any time.
- How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
What we ask of you
- Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
- Don’t try to get at other people’s data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Accounts are for people aged 13 and over.
Book information
Titles, authors and page counts come from public catalogues (Open Library and Google Books). They are sometimes wrong or missing. You can correct them, and finish dates shown “at your pace” are estimates.
Availability and changes
We work to keep sync running, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. The copy on your phone does not depend on it. We may change or stop the service; if we ever stop sync, we will give notice in the app and your data will remain exportable. We may end accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Sayfa. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without taking away any protection your own country’s consumer law gives you. Questions: [email protected].

Sade bir uygulama için sade koşullar.
Sayfa’yı Aykut Bal, Ankara, Türkiye sunar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersin. App Store’dan indirdiysen Apple’ın standart lisans sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.
- Sayfa hesapsız çalışır. Hesap isteğe bağlıdır; yedekleme ve eşitleme ekler.
- Günlüğün senindir. Girdiğin hiçbir şey üzerinde hak iddia etmeyiz; istediğin an dışa aktarabilir ya da silebilirsin.
- Verileri nasıl işlediğimiz, bu koşulların parçası olan gizlilik politikasında anlatılır.
- Parolanı kendine sakla; başkalarının verilerine erişmeye, hizmeti aksatmaya ya da hukuka aykırı kullanmaya çalışma. Hesaplar 13 yaş ve üzeri içindir.
- Kitap bilgileri açık kataloglardan gelir; bazen yanlış ya da eksik olabilir. “Bu hızla” gösterilen bitiş tarihleri tahmindir.
- Eşitleme “olduğu gibi” sunulur; kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez. Telefonundaki kopya buna bağlı değildir. Hizmeti değiştirebilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz; eşitlemeyi sonlandırırsak uygulamada önceden haber veririz ve verilerin dışa aktarılabilir kalır.
- Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, tüketici olarak sözleşmeyle sınırlandırılamayan haklarını etkilemez.
